How responses are sorted

Every submission is read and labelled before you see it:

• Category: exactly one of the categories you defined in Automations (for a feedback box, for example: Bug, Feature request, Question, Praise). The label comes from what the person wrote, not only from the option they picked.
• Urgency: a 0-100 score. Responses at 70 or above are marked "Needs attention".
• Spam: junk, link farming and abuse are hidden by default. Click "Show spam" in Responses to review them.

Sorting is automatic and will occasionally be wrong. Treat it as a first pass. You can always open a response and read it.
